Return Policy

The Cooks Marketplace offers a 60-day return policy. 

All items must be returned unused and in all original packaging in order for credit to be issued to the original payment.

If the item was received as a gift purchased from The Cooks Marketplace, we are happy to issue a merchandise credit in the form of a gift card for The Cooks Marketplace. 

Special orders, large volume orders or large items are subject to a restocking fee if returned. 

Several types of products are exempt from being returned. These include gift cards and perishable goods such as food.  We also cannot accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

We hope that our products live up to our high standards. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product or it does not work as specified, please contact customer service and we will be happy to try to help.


To complete your return: 

  1. Repack the item(s) in their original packaging.   
  2. Include a copy of your receipt. 
  3. Choose the shipping carrier most convenient for you and return the merchandise with tracking to the address below. We recommend you insure your shipment depending on the value. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for us to process your refund. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 
If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Please re-check your bank account. 
  2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

If you’ve done all of these steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at 
Exchanges (if applicable) 
We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at and send your item to:

If you receive your order and it is damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, please save the carton and all packaging materialsContact us within 5 days at or 719-960-4414. 

Cancellations or Changes 

If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order, please contact us within 1 hour of when you placed your order at or 719-960-4414. We will certainly do our best to accommodate, but once the order has been processed for shipment it may be impossible for us to make any changes.
